chicken thighs
skinless and boneless

olive oil

fresh oregano
or 1.5 tsp dried

lemons
juice + zest

garlic cloves

Instructions
In a bowl, mix olive oil, oregano, lemon juice/zest, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Coat chicken thighs in marinade. Chill 1 hour (or overnight).
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange chicken in baking dish.
Bake 30–35 minutes until golden and cooked through.
Serve garnished with fresh lemon slices and oregano leaves.

Marinate the chicken for at least 1 hour for best flavor, or overnight for a deeper taste!
