Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken thighs skinless and boneless
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh oregano or 1.5 tsp dried
  • 2 lemons juice + zest
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, oregano, lemon juice/zest, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Coat chicken thighs in marinade. Chill 1 hour (or overnight).
  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange chicken in baking dish.
  • Bake 30–35 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  • Serve garnished with fresh lemon slices and oregano leaves.

Marinate the chicken for at least 1 hour for best flavor, or overnight for a deeper taste!
