Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9 pan or line mini muffin tins.
Cream melted butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs one by one, then add cocoa, flour, baking powder, salt, and vanilla. Mix until just combined.
Fold in chocolate chips. Pour into pan or muffin tins.
Bake 20-25 minutes (brownies) or 12-15 minutes (bites) until set. Let cool.
Cut into squares or unmold bites, decorate faces with candy eyes, frosting, and sprinkles for monster faces!
