Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats organic, gluten-free if needed
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree canned or fresh
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1 cup milk almond milk or dairy
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger mix
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract pure vanilla
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey, optional

Instructions
 

  • Combine oats, pumpkin puree, yogurt, and milk in a mason jar. Add pumpkin pie spice and vanilla extract.
  • Stir well to combine all ingredients evenly. The mixture should be creamy and well blended.
  • Cover the mason jar with a lid and place it in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 8 hours. The oats will absorb the liquids and reach a perfect creamy consistency.
