Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries blueberries, raspberries, blackberries
  • 1 small banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt plain or flavored
  • 1/2 cup orange juice or apple juice
  • 1/2 cup water or ice
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup optional

Optional: protein powder, chia seeds, or flaxseed

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into glasses, garnish with extra berries if desired, and enjoy immediately!
